This page explains what data this website processes, why, and what you can ask for. It covers the website; the handling of patient records at the practice is subject to professional confidentiality and is explained separately.

Contact form
When you write to the practice, we process your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.
This data is used solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment. It is never sold, used for advertising, or passed to third parties.
Your message is sent through the delivery service of Morellia, our technical provider, running on a server located in Germany. This service does not store messages: it passes them on immediately to the practice’s mailbox, hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, where they are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
Please do not send medical information through this form: email is not a suitable channel for health data. For such matters, call the practice.
Analytics
We measure website traffic with Umami, a tool running on a server operated by Morellia, our technical provider. No data is sent to any advertising network or social network.
This measurement sets no cookies and cannot identify you. Your IP address is not retained; it is used only briefly to tell visits apart.
We also record the anonymous flow of navigation — pages viewed, scrolling, elements clicked — to spot what gets in visitors’ way. Whatever you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded.

No third-party content
This website loads no remote fonts, embedded videos, third-party interactive maps or social media buttons. Images and fonts are served from the website itself.
Links to a map or route only open an external service if you click them.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted by Hostinger and served exclusively over HTTPS, which encrypts the exchange between your browser and the site.
Technical providers access data only as far as is necessary to operate the service.
Your rights
You may request access to the data concerning you, its correction or erasure, and object to certain processing.
